If you have made a prior election to receive documents in a certain manner (including in hard copy) then that election will continue to apply until such time as you notify the Company to change your election as set out below.

You can make a standing election to receive some or all of your securityholder communications in physical or electronic form.

Securityholders can easily and efficiently manage their holdings via XCEND’s secure and highly accessible online investor portal. The portal provides, among other things, an online interface to update and manage shareholder details and elections, view balances and transaction history and access their documents and statements.
