Wagyu Gold Project
The Wagyu gold project is located within the under-explored Mallina – Whim Creek Basin of the Pilbara Craton. Wagyu is physically and geologically closerto Hemi than any other exploration project in the market. The world-class Hemi project was discovered by De Grey Mining Limited and contains greater than 11.2 Moz gold. Northern Star Resources Limited acquired De Grey in 2026 for A$6 billion.
The Wagyu gold project is a large mineralised system with strong similarity with Hemi:
- Intrusions (diorite, quartz-diorite)
- Intense and widespread alteration
- Gold mineralisation shoots, with at least 140m (open).
Key results:
- ‘Hemi-style’ intrusion-related gold system confirmed.
- Headline intercept: 4m @ 11.0 g/t Au from 120m (hole 25WR058).
- Also: 18m @ 1.47 g/t Au, multiple zones 8–10m wide @ ~1 g/t Au.
- Target 10 remains open at depth and to the east, providing a clear pathway for expansion.

Droughtmaster Gold Project
The Droughtmaster Exploration licence E45/5064 is located 15km west of Port Hedland in the Pilbara Province of Western Australia. Droughtmaster is highly prospective for gold mineralsiation surrounded by a range of gold projects. Droughtmaster is 40 km north of the Hemi (Norther Star Resources), Wagyu (New Age Exploration) and Withnell gold deposits, and 75 km northeast of CZR’s Croydon gold project.
Target mineralisation:
- Shear-hosted mesothermal gold mineralisation, and
- Hemi-style gold associated with intermediate intrusives
Key results:
- Ground gravity survey highlighted a circular gravity high coinciding with a magnetic high and a clustering of anomalous gold values from the Ultra Fine soil sampling programme.
- Droughtmaster remains a compelling untested drill target with a similar signature to Targets 1 and 10 at NAE’s Wagyu Gold Project.
